Bachelor of Education in Guidance and Counseling
The Bachelor of Education (Guidance and Counseling) has been offered by the Faculty of Educational Studies since 1981 to produce professional, competent and effective counseling teachers who will work in schools under the Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE) and other organizations. The programme was renamed in 2017 to the Bachelor of Education Counseling and Counseling Education with a total of 138 minimum credits for graduation including 2 credits for the extra-curricular course  The duration of study is 4 years (8 semesters)  Graduan Program Bacelor Pendidikan Bimbingan dan Kaunseling akan bekerja sebagai kaunselor di dalam sektor pendidikan, organisasi awam dan swasta yang lain. Berikut adalah antara bidang kerjaya graduan;  Graduates from this programme will have career opportunities as a counselor either in the education sector, public sector, or private sectors. Graduates are able to further studies either locally or internationally. Below are some of the career paths that the graduates can enter:
