The Doctor Of Philosophy (Ph.D)( Educational Leadership) programme is a comprehensive research programme that is designed to provide prospective educational leaders with the knowledge and skills essential in conducting research related to leading and managing an educational institution. The programme provides students with an in-depth framework of current issues related to school educational leadership. Students would be able to examine critically the various research that has been conducted in the area of educational leadership. Students would also analyze the effect of changing educational environment on educational leaders and develop a critical understanding of the effects of decisions that they make on their institution
