  • You need at least FIVE (5) Credits at SPM/SPMV/Ordinary level OR an equivalent qualification recognized by MSU Senate. Foundation in Business (FIB) is a one-year intensive preparatory programme by MSU’s Centre for Foundation Studies (CFS).

The Foundation in Business programme is designed to provide comprehensive knowledge to students who are keen in pursuing a career in business management and accounting. You will receive instruction on a wide range of business subjects ranging from economics and management to finance and accounting. Our lecturers will guide you throughout your academic journey and incorporate their academic and industrial expertise in their teaching. The theoretical and practical aspects of these fields are integrated with 21st century learning skills, enabling you to have a firm grounding in this discipline. The transferable skills you gain in your foundation year will ensure that you will have a smooth transition to your bachelor programme.
