COURSE OVERVIEW
Master of Engineering ( Bio-Medical ) by Research
A student shall carry out research in any of the areas of research stated in the areas of Biomedical Engineering. Assessment is by semester progress reports and a thesis examinaton (viva voce). All research works are supervised by academic staffs from the Graduate Faculty member. The programme requires a nominal duration of three to four semester (18 to 24 months).

Programme Structure
The main component of the programmers is a research thesis. Student candidates need to prepare a research proposal for approval of the supervisor assigned by the faculty. Each student candidate need to complete a progress report at the end of each semester. At the end of the programmer, student candidates need to submit a thesis for the purpose of examination and evaluation. Student candidates also need to pass the oral examination (viva voce)
